Summary
Operation Ajax is seeking a dynamic, proactive Community Manager to be the heartbeat of our audience engagement. This person will foster dialogue with fans, field inquiries, promote the project across social platforms, and serve as a bridge between the public and the core team—ensuring high-value opportunities are surfaced to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the project’s online presence (social media, Slack, Discord, etc.)
- Respond to community questions, feedback, and fan engagement
- Promote new updates, events, and releases through social channels
- Identify and escalate high-value inquiries (potential funders, collaborators, press, etc.)
- Track engagement metrics and community health
- Coordinate with the broader team to keep messaging aligned

- Experience in community management or social media marketing

We’re looking for a high-level Strategist/Producer to help guide the next phase of Operation Ajax. This role requires a strategic thinker and doer—someone with experience scaling narrative-driven projects, forging partnerships, and unlocking new growth opportunities across entertainment, education, and tech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on overall project direction and growth strategy
- Identify and vet potential partners (media, education, tech, nonprofit)
- Help scope and prioritize future initiatives (e.g., expansion into new formats)
